Wind on my allotment causing problems

Over the last 48hrs we must have had some blustery wind over the allotment it has caused damage on other plots but had blown my covers all across my allotment plot. #allotment #allotmentlife #allotmentgarden #allotmentwind

Sweet corn looks good👍. I've tried growing it in my veg garden but they didn't come to much, I'm too far north I think.

@@hare-belle143 i am not sure weather further north you can grow sweetcorn but their might be one you can get. I bought them already partly grown but was late putting them in. So next season growing to grow from seed. Thanks for your message

@@hare-belle143 I just did a quick check about growing sweetcorn in Scotland if you are that far north and Beechgrove Garden to show recommended growing it in a polytunnel or I would also say a greenhouse might work, or maybe if you had a leanto on the house you would have to self fertilise the plants but that might work. Hope this helps
