- Sweet Landon at a focal seizure today and we are so grateful it wasn't worse but it had a short term impact on his body. We took a break in the room for a few hours and by the afternoon he was back at it!

Keep sunglasses on Landon and a hat. Sun will overstimulate his vision and a hat will cool him. Enjoy your holiday
I agree! I was hoping that he would have sunglasses and a hat on!
The way Lando clings to his strong father when he's not 100% feeling well is so touching.
Justin and Lindsay are such good parents. They have observed what sometimes seems to precede these seizures, making sure he has a hat and stay cooler is something they have observed.
Possibly, a hat and sunglasses would be appropriate for Landon when he’s out in the sun.
when i was a kid, whenever i would get sick, my dad would say "when you aren't feeling well i don't feel so good". lando, i say it to you.
Do not let the seizure define who he is. Landon has many great qualities, that is what I notice.
I agree with you. You do have to take seizures very seriously. I have a history of seizures and thought I outgrew them by the time I was 11. When I was about 28 people started telling me they were talking to me and I was looking right towards them and never even realized they were there. Landon has a lot of great qualities.
I feel like these parents are astoundingly knowledgeable and keen on the psychological aspect of Landon.

I don’t know what it is with this but the last couple of videos I can barely hear you. My volume is turned up the whole way and still can’t hear. I love your videos maybe it is your microphones. I don’t know. But love love love your videos. Hope Landon is feeling better god love him
As if having a medical emergency isn't bad enough, being thousands of miles from home, and your usual medical crew, makes it WAY worse and scary. So proud of those kids bunching up to support their brother and I just love Turin. Turin is so loyal, caring and selfless when it comes to others. Wish you guys were in my family...

Heart just drops every time I see the word "seizure" I saw the Instagram of the waves and a rip tide doesn't even begin to say it. As much fun as it looks, 3-4 rounds of waves and it's lifted you off your feet and way too far out. A steep drop off and you're in trouble.
Lando is such a tough guy. With any medical problem there are usually triggers so I’m glad you guys have found some of his triggers. Your other kids are amazing and I love how understanding they are when things don’t go their way…that will stick with them far in life. 🥰❤️
Bless Landon,dose he not wear a hat in the sun? I find my sons seizures are worse if he’s been in the sun but wearing a sun hat really helps him x

Heat and humidity seems to affect my seizures. I'd stay away from the citrus fruit drinks too. It throws my med levels off. I hope Lando feels better.

I am so glad Landon is doing okay. It doesn’t surprise me that the other kiddos were not worried about missing out on fun, but instead were worried about Landon. While they are normal kids they have a genuine heart of concern for others but especially for each other. They have been blessed with material things, but the two of you have taught them what is truly important in this world. Well done!!❤️
I learned at a young age to handle my seizures by going to a bedroom (if at my house) or to go to a nurse (if I were in school) and also if I felt that it was going to be bad(going to have a full body seizure) call 911
His siblings are amazing to be surrounding their brother. Hope that he is feeling better soon. The sun can be triggering for some in many situations.
Sun plus dehydration surely doesn’t help the seizure issues, I’m sure. Hope he feels better ASAP! He is such a trouper!

If you have a chance when you get back to the states, get a small pet cooling mat and take it with you when you go places. It will keep him cool when he feels bad. It works better than any cold washcloths stays cold.

You should think about getting forza 5 it’s a car racing / casual driving in Mexico what comes out in November I think either on Xbox or ps or laptop i have played forza 4 in Britain and have loved it just a suggestion

patrons. true Mexican food and musical entertainment. Your hotel is much larger and a totally different vibe. I like both . Thanks for such a neat channel!
Partial complex seizures can be brought on over heated over tired or maybe stay away from #5 food coloring found in orange juice
Over eating different foods carbs feeling full in my gut over heated. And lack of rest can triggers my seizures hope he is doing better
Make sure you report any breakthrough seizures to neurologist that specializes in epilepsy he may need a work up study as you grow seizures change by time I reached my teens I had three types of seizures required a med change and me to be more mindful of what I was eating and rest and stay active but be sure to watch being over heated outside activities looks like a fun family vacation 🙌🏻

The thought I had, and I've felt this numerous occasions, is how you, Lindsey & Justin, are teaching your children about Christlike love. When I was a kid, before I had brain surgery at Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN, I had a few seizures a day, every couple weeks. Luckily, my mom had her nurse thinking hat, cause she used to be a RN in the 1980s. 😀
Hey Landon! Take it easy when need be! Those seizure medications can take a while to adjust on the body. Feel better soon and enjoy your vacation time! You deserve it! What we go through with our bodies we deserve to have a good time every now and then! Sending lots of positivity your way from one epilepsy warrior to another!
