I’m a USA citizen and I have tried to bring my son in. They just denied him a student visa saying he’s not going back after his school. His sisters are here with me with green cards but because my son is over 21 they said is going to take 7 years before they can approve I-130. I recently applied for Canada student visa for him, he just did finger print and I’m waiting on God for good news!!! Their father died over 18 years and I’m the only person taking care of them.
