Do you use a surfactant in your second Tenacity spray?
No, because you want it to go in the soil.
I got stuck in terrible traffic last Friday (may 31st) in your town, I wanted so badly to get off the interstate and cruise by your hood. I didn't because I didn't want to be that looky loo guy. Your city is beautiful though. I see why you live there. Keep up the great work!!
