Thanks man! It was a long journey but I'm so glad we finally made it! The ultra community is so incredible. I may never do 100 again, but I'll definitely be doing more ultras in the future. There's nothing like it!
Yessssah! I could tell by the quiet focus tone throughout that the mental state going into this one was on point. Congrats gentlemen, huge accomplishment.
Thank you! I can't say enough good things about our crew. Following us across the country THREE TIMES and keeping us going through our darkest moments of these races. I'm so happy we finally got it done!
There were a bunch of campers that basically lined the starting chute, but it was hard to tell how many were official vs. unofficial crew setups. We had a cabin rented and it was probably about 50 yards off the course. Not bad at all!
I only got up to mid-30s weekly mileage. In past training cycles, I'd gotten significantly higher, but I had some injury issues during this training block and my primary focus was SLOW mileage increases to make sure I was healthy across the starting line. It hurt... A LOT. But the training worked for me. I was typically doing one long run on the weekend, then 3x5-7 mile runs throughout the week. I also tried to make sure I did my long run on Saturday and another run Sunday on tired legs to help prepare.
Congratulations. Well done. I’ve tried the last 2 years and pulled out at 80 miles each time. Maybe the third time will be a charm for me too lol.
You got this! Those final 20 are a grind. We just stared at the ground and kept pushing. Third time will be the charm!
Your channel deserves much more viewership. Your inspiring me to do another ultra. I’ve always done a 50k. I’ve never run further than 31 miles

Congratulations gentlemen. Huge accomplishment.
Kudos to your crew and pacers. 👏👏👏
Thanks! It was such an amazing race. And we were so happy to finally cross that 100-mile finish line.
You got it done! So cool to see the persistence and dedication and sometimes the beer. Way to go Todd and Ryan. ❤❤
Thanks Dan! We definitely missed y'all on the run! Can't wait for your Never Summer adventure!

@@Bubba.the.Runner not anytime soon! 😂 Never say never, but I'm enjoying the road race grind again.
Good job!
Thanks! We finally made it!
Nice work guys…👍🏻
Thank you! So pumped we finally got that finish line feeling!
Hey man, good stuff! I am planning on doing it next year, '24. Question if you don't mind. Camping. are those spots right there on/off the course?

How many miles per week were you running leading up to this event?
