Shouldn't the kitchen dining and drawing are be in the ground floor?? And the rest of part like all bedrooms in the second floor?? Everytime i watch a house tour they somehow make it smaller by putting kitchen dining drawing and a bedroom in the ground floor,, it looks cramped,,where if they just put all the bedrooms in upper floor ,, the size of the seems bigger,,
