I know. Ithink they overplayed the Haas team at the expense of the others. Also, the fact that there was not an entire episode on Vettel's career is a crime.

Alex always makes me so emotional with his story the way he handled himself and everything that has happened in his career so far wish they would've covered this in DTS
🙏🙏Blessings forever GOD loves y'all too forever tell everyone you know and don't know. Jesus loves y'all too forever. Teach everyone how to see and enjoy their blessings too forever2
I have followed Alex since his first day in F1, and he quickly became my favorite driver. Smooth, intelligent and respectful to the other drivers. That was the characteristics that I saw in him. I think George, Sebastian and Lewis share those as well. I'll be team Albon till the day he leaves. What a guy!
alex handled himself and the whole situation with a lot of grace, humility, and dedication to working wherever he was. i’m glad he’s been given another chance in f1 because he deserves it. he has the skills, he just needs to show it again
How i wish this interview was longer 😊 Alex is such an eloquent and humble guy...and i love how his journey into F1 wasnt as straight cut as some of the other drivers had, but that's what makes his journey even more inspring to others. I do hope for a really good 2023 season for him and i hope he gets a chance to be fighting for podiums agan and really show what he can do in a good car with the maturity he has as a driver now.
Alex is a real example of the power of self-belief and tenacity. He's been knocked back so many times and always come back stronger. I think he could become a real talisman driver for Williams in the mould of Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg and even Nigel Mansell.

Alex is my F1 spirit animal. Works incredibly hard, helps others, great for the team and now today, just got into the points first race of 2023. Truly the definition of never giving up and pushing through the hard things to get to the good things!
great and genuine lad all around. everytime they get him on the mic on one of the broadcasts he is the funniest. he's the only driver i actually feel like supporting based on personality and story alone. hope he has a long career in and then out of f1. i love the part about making a spreadsheet of comparison with gasly and perez. the actual numbers of his stint in red bull show that he didnt do nearly as bad as the media and red bull PR grossly exaggerated. perez's first 26 red bull races had an average finish of only about 0.6 higher than albons 26 race stint had. and perez was on his 10th and 11th season in f1 compared to alex's 1st and 2nd.
Albon went through Hell and back. Williams has given him the rare chance of redeeming himself. He now has the benefit of contrast, knowing what it's like to be in an elitist toxic culture and the ridiculously complex car characteristics. He is now in a team that has developed an invigorated and positive team culture , thanks to the new and enlightened Boss. The car now suits Alex like a glove. The team is now built around him and this is rare indeed. I wish Albon will stay where he is, with Williams. This team has finally got onto a growth trajectory and there is no stopping it. Took a long time but it has finally started. Albon should ride this burgeoning wave with Williams. Ignore the suggestions, appearances and temptations that are beckoning you. You have been there and you know: the grass is Not always greener
I’m one of his biggest fan since his RB days. It was so stressful during that time because everyone is saying he is not good enough to be in the sport and cyber bullying him. Nothing makes me happier than seeing him coming back to F1 and prove himself that he is more than capable and of course he worked very hard. Can’t wait to see more what he can achieve!
Every F1 fan should watch this interview with Alex. His story gives so much insight and understanding of F1, his journey and the challenges they face. And we all want this guy to succeed. That’s why we all cheer so loud when Alex gets to Q3, earns points. He was too inexperienced and mentally not strong enough in the RB. He truly needed another year to develop in Toro Rosso…. too bad, he could’ve been a strong teammate for Max 1year later. Now, at Williams he can use his skills and strategic insights to earn them important points AND develop the car. I hope they give Logan a 2nd year…..or, if Yuki might lose his seat at AT….Yuki next to Alex would be a great duo as well
The facts that Alex did as great job as Russell in Williams and not a lot of people seeing that. He's way underrated driver. Hope he will be in a Mercedes alone side Russell in the future. He deserves that.
Williams is in a better place financially now. Hopefully the team can now build a better car for Alex and able to fight for the midfield. When George was with Williams, the team was complete dog shit with Claire Williams running the organization. Everything is look bright for Alex and Williams. Let’s go Albono!!
I love this guy. Surely, I am Thai, and he races with the Thai flag, but he is a talent racer and nice man. I felt like it was too early to become the RBR driver at that time, he needed more experience for it. Cheer up! Alex.
I've been into F1 since the 80's with Prost vs Senna. No matter how much I wish for Lewis to get his 8th, Alex is my main reason for still watching F1. All the best to you, mate! Never underestimate the Thai 🇹🇭❤️
There the Lance Strolls of the F1 where everything was paid and handed to him, then there’s the rare Albon where everything was going against him and still rises to the top
This is such an amazing story! Alex seems like such a down to earth and genuine personality. He’s gotten off to a good start to the season so far, I hope he can have a strong year!
I wish Alex and Logan the best this season. And hopefully their car is as potentially good as pre-season seems to hint. Would love to see Alex in the points. He deserves it.
Love this video 💙 Alex is such a lovely guy and his past is so inspiring. Not just for aspiring racing drivers but for everybody who has gone through or IS going through difficulties in their life. He's proving that not giving up and doing the best with the cards you were dealt can pay off. And also that winning is not EVERYTHING. Being ✨️ happy ✨️ is. Will be rooting for him during this upcoming season. 🥳 Something he mentioned in the video that shocked me, though: Formula 2 drivers don't get payed for their driving? 😯 Really? Are their parents and families paying for all of their expenses? Their sponsorships? Or how are they able to pay their bills if that is the case? 🤔 Does anybody know?
When Alex said they “don’t make any money”, he doesn’t mean it in the literal sense. F2 drivers do get paid ($200-$500 per race). But the drivers needs to find personal sponsors that are will to pay the drivers enough to only stay afloat… since the drivers have to pay for housing, travel, and other miscellaneous expenses… F2 drivers salaries (if you don’t have big name sponsors backing your career), it’s not enough to make a professional career out of it.

Alex has grown up in front of our eyes. All the adversity has made him an even stronger driver. If only Hamilton didn't enjoy running him off the track so much

Still don't know how dts didn't cover Alex's comeback it would have been a great episode
He races under the Thai flag, dts is completely comercial, they don't care about Alex nor Williams, unfortunately.
yeah.. it bore me alot not seeing the underdog stories (other than haas)
Dts is trash . Just wasted my time

I know. Ithink they overplayed the Haas team at the expense of the others. Also, the fact that there was not an entire episode on Vettel's career is a crime.
Alex is one of the most talented drivers out there. He could do a lot of stuff with the car with so much adversity its almost magical.

Alex is my guy. I'm always riding along with him via the in-car camera. So humble and likeable. Let's go Alex! Show 'em!
I do the same.
Me too!
Love this dude. Hoping he and Williams can find success together in the coming years.

The nature of Thai people is humble. and will always respect others And I am a Thai person who loves Alex very much. Let's help cheer Alex together.

The way he always comes back and proves everyone wrong after a bad year or race
Love to see more side of Alex, as a person. A thoughtful individual, and not just Alex Albon the driver.

It's really sweet that George supported his friend and put a word to his boss
I love Alex. He’s so gentle and fierce at the same time. May you thrive in F1 and get your wins soon!

This is great, to see the person behind the driver is amazing!
I have met Albon. Absolute gentleman who doesn't get the kudos he deserved
Such a genuinely sweet soul. Humble, emotional but driven and determined. I hope he has success, couldn’t happen to a nicer guy
Thank you for sharing this insight from Alex. He's a really underrated driver. Hope the best for him as his journey continues.
Lot of dedication and fire. So happy he’s back on the grid and getting another chance

Ales is very inspiring, all the best to him because he really deserves it!

Alex “Around the Outside” Albono
World Champion material
Alex has grown up in front of our eyes. All the adversity has made him an even stronger driver. If only Hamilton didn't enjoy running him off the track so much
Wonderful insights
Love this guy
Great piece on an even greater driver !
I believe he will win a race before his career is over
The World would be happy for him no matter what team they cheer for.
He really found his home now.
I never stopped believing in alex even when the hate was at its peak during his time with redbull
Alex Albon is the type of guy to talk shit about other drivers on his CV via a medium of color coded spreadsheet
Respect
0:38 kimi, alonso and the polish guy
Albon is the BEST! 👏
Hearing how Alex talks about Jost… I really don’t understand why they replaced Jost. They had good results last year. And it is not like they were in a fight for the championship
I like alax I hope he gets a race win someday if he got a good car he would win a race
I Love it.❤️❤️
MR Nice Guy . Thai FC Love You
Look at Albon and Williams now.
I'm so happy he turned down Redbull for Williams!
Great piece even with the blackbars.png overlay

Yes, and the boy on the left on the next pic is Pierre Gasly
Bahrain GP 2023...alex P10. 💙
He shouldve been ferocious in redbull, but I guess he was too nice.
🏎🏎🏎
I thought Alex showed a lot of promise in the Red Bull and should have been given longer to develop.
This is my drive to survive.... sorry, no. this is BETTER!!
Waaaay better! ✌🏽
will Danny Ric be next to come back or will he never race in f1 again?
I don’t think he will,he might prove himself to helmet somehow cuz checo just isn’t it but I don’t see what Richard can do unless the red bull is VERY COMFARTABLE for him

Red Bull made a mistake hiring Checo
