How do you get to the "handy skybrush operator" to mark the timeline?

In the "Formations" tab, it is the bottom button of the window for me. Underneath "Recalculate Transitions" there is "Update Time Markers".

Whhy did you type in 500 for duration when you said 20 seconds. How is this measured?

Guess it's set to 30 fps so that's the only thing that would make sense to me
