Re-building is the best option to do because having to deal with that situation it would impossible to renovate the mansion with all that toxic mold. I’ve been through this situation before, it was mold but it was the second most toxic mold, not this bad but it was close! Hope you guys can figure out this situation, we all are here for you guys! ❤❤
I feel like you guys should rebuild, because I feel like its so hard and impossible to clean an abandoned mansion with toxic deadly mould like that. (If I were in your situation x)

Absolutely re-build. It would be quicker to re-build too. It’s a beautiful house but I think it’s beyond repair with the potential risks because of the mould. It looks like it was originally an amazing home. Good luck and excited to watch the journey. ❤
It’s such a shame as I know you guys could turn the mansion into something incredible but it’s far too gone to save. Definitely rebuild and take us on that journey!!x
You guys have taken on such a big project, the rewards once you’ve decided & completed it will feel so amazing. I would personally knock it down & start again lol. Unless your told it’s structurally safe!

It looks like there has been a fire then just abandoned, i would recommend rebuilding as it would be almost impossible to be safe in a house that has toxic mold and loose structure in its past. So happy your back xx

Personally i would re build just to feel safer about it other wise there is always going to be the thought of mould in the house. I missed you guys so much and i am so happy your back
I feel like you guys should rebuild because to get rid of the mold you would basically have to rip and destroy the house to get rid of the mold because of the state it is in the best way to get rid of the mold the best solution would be too rebuild
With the state of the basement with the severity of the mould down there I’d knock the place down and start again. If it had just been the ground floor up with mould I’d possibly consider gutting the house and re-building but that basement you will be hard pressed to get drained and cleared of mould in my opinion. I definitely wouldn’t want to stay down there even after any renovation.

Edit: I would rebuild! Because it would take forever to properly clean all the mould and secure the roofs. :)

I would wanna renovate it as it looks ancient and it's big but you would really have to clean. Maybe keep the clean bits and rebuild the old bits. Watched you since you was seven😊

I think renovations would take a very long time and it would be such hard work with all the toxic mould, rebuild would be much better for safety and you can have it laid out how you like x

Definitely rebuild. It would be too dangerous as there could hidden mould and as you’ve seen there is very dangerous fluffy mould. But I would really like the backstory to how this beautiful mansion got abandoned. I would of been a beautiful home back in its prime time. It’s heartbreaking to see how it was left and has got it it’s state. I love to see my childhood UA-camrs are back at UA-cam again. ❤x

Personally, I would do a full rebuild from the ground up as it does have potential, if it was rebuilt, I wouldn't try to renovate, due to the major mould situation and the dampness of the property, there probably is further health and safety risks which have not been exposed. Plus, rebuilding would bring a sense of life, your lifestyle and design interests, so that it could be a great home for you all.

i would rebuild personally because there is a very high risk of the mold spreading even if you do renovate and you would probably have to knock most of it down to renovate it anyway because its so soaked up by water and mold is all on the walls and floors so thats why i would knock it all down and clear the area

Personally i would rebuild it but the entrance when you come with the stairs is really nice and i think u should keep it when u rebulit it like make it the same entrance.

I think re build is the safest option, especially as most of it would end up being knocked down in the process of repairs because of how damaged it is

I think you should re-build but to get boat of best worlds keep what you like about the current house like the stairs and the kitchen and then you get to redesign exactly how you like and you can take inspiration from the current house still ❤

It depends if it’s a listed building because if it is you will have to keep it to a certain exstent, I think it would be nice to get it back to how it was originally was but change the upstairs layout abit, I like how the stars and hall ways are as you walk in it’s nice and open, how ever I agree with you’re last video that the upstairs layout isn’t the best xx

I think you should renovate it’s a lovely home!
I think what you should do is completely demolish all the walls in the house get everything out of the house then start cleaning out everything and put some nice brown hardwood and kitchen is very traditional open concept but not to open maybe 3 to 7 bedrooms and entrance has ding room to the side office to the side then in the middle a two floor ceiling with chandelier spiral stairs very nice living room then behind the living room is a deck where barbecue can be done then a pool now for the basement just completely demolish everything then maybe put like a pool table with a movie room maybe bathroom guest bedroom and mini kitchen/ bar Hopes this makes sense Ty bye
i would 100% rebuild a new house or mansion renovating would be pricier especially with all the mould and you'd have to get a new floor and new pipes and like you guys said previously you didn't like the layout so if you built a new house you wouldn't have to worry about any of that and everything would be brand new & you won't have to worry about anything being haunted🤣I personally don't think a mansion like that can be renovated due to all the mold and old fixtures.

Rebuilding is the best choice but it would be such a cool series for renovation. I would do rebuilding but renovation would be fun to watch

I think just redo this floor because there is a minor possibility that even if u fix it up . The toxic mold will grow back
I would rebuild the property because it's better than furnishing, along with the fact theres toxic mold there. So, it would best to rebuild and remove the spots the mold had spread, and more. So then that way you'd have a healthy environment for that mansion.

I really like the layout, so I would either renovate or rebuild but just with the same layout
I would knock it down and start again as old buildings contain toxic fumes in the walls that are poisoness. You may need to get that checked because if it does have that, it will need ti be knocked down in a special way to contain the gas

To be honest, if i were you guys i would rebuild. I don’t think this could be refurbished due to the mold so probably rebuild. I also think the layout is a bit wierd but its u guys’ decision !!

If I were in your position I would definitely rebuild the house because the deadly toxic mould would obviously still be there and also I feel like it would put anyone off living in it since you have seen the house before the renovation, but obviously that’s just my opinion! But can I just say that I’ve recently moved house and fully renovated it (I still live with my parents I’m still a kid) and the house hadn’t been lived in for 2years so it was disgusting but nowhere near as bad as yours! Also I’ve been watching Tiana since I was like 6 I especially loved the videos that’s nigel (I think that’s how you spell your name) was the teacher and Taylor,Tiana,isla and Alfie were the students! Love to see yous back to UA-cam! xx❤
Not all houses have the best view from the back. Iv been in houses built where the better view was at the front. It was just the owner’s personal choice as they wanted more privacy or their personally preferred the back view.

I would rebuild it from fresh instead of renovating because this house looks really worn out or as I can say, infected so it wouldn't be good for your health. Maybe when you smash down a wall you'll find a build up of fungus or dangerous mould

Personally i think rebuilding is better, getting a fresh new build with your choices of layout, also by knocking everything down you might even discover things that you guys have never seen.

Ofc it would be a,axing if you could renovate but realistically re building is the best option but you could maybe try like re create that house and what you imagine it looked like because it was a stunning house back 8m the day you can tell
