That alone should remind each and everybody outhere who works with a Mexican will note how we care for others despite being total strangers. May I suggest with a french press that you pour the water over ground beans, then stir (a knife works well) leave it for 3 or minutes with lid on to keep hot and then again stir with knife. More flavor and more consistent. Hope you give it a try. If so please let me know what you think. Do you know of the old lighthouse in Old Town Vallarta (top of Galeana) and the steep walk up along side the funicular. Is it running now? Great area in my opinion. El faro no funciona pero la vista es magnifica como es muy alto y se puede ver todo Puerto Vallarta. Es buen ejercicio también. Gracias por sus videos.
Be careful , sun can be very dangerous if you stay too long under. Im from Acapulco, and one day I had the "great idea" of walking the shore of the whole bay..after 2 hours walking I felt dizzy, I threw up, i had some fever and could not think clearly.. I went to the doctor and he said I was lucky i did not get brain damage cause of the heatstroke

I'm curious if you could pick a place that you have visited in Mexico that really grabbed you? Obviously your wants are different than mine but I hope to find a place that is affordable, a good expat community, not too incredibly hot and mild in the evenings. Do yourself a favor and buy a Bialetti Brikka Moka Pot for a better coffee/espresso experience. Far superior to that french press. Also your french press makes it too diluted/watery.
