The M Level is very beneficial to everyone. It has its advantages, but be prepared to give up most of your time, and the things you love most. This Course entails loads of reading and strategic research when critically evaluating various case studies, and applying them into your topic and notes. Furthermore, This module entails loads of reading, particularly through peer journals when complying your notes, and doing your Assignments. The dissertation alone on a Level 7 HRM Master degree level, at The University of South Wales, carries a word count of 15000, and 7 other modules , for example: Strategic HRM in Business content, Psychology of work in at organisation - (exam based and Assignment work / case study assessment), Performance Management, Gobal talent management, Management of employee relations, and Developing skills for. business leadership - (Two portfolio folder). A majority if these modules are 20 credits and cover a word count of 3500 to 6000 words. The dissertation in 40 to 60 credits, and in-depth. I am sure you will be in good hand with your lectures here, I look at my opinion to study here, but I decide to chose the part-time course inside. good luck. happy studying.
@@lailaayan306 Hi I have started my L7 now I am doing well with it so far and had some great feedback from tutors. Thank you for the recommendation though!

Can I complete a level 7 if I have a teaching degree and just had a career change into HR recently? Limited experience but a willingness to learn?
Not sure if you're still considering the CIPD L7 but I would strongly advise starting at the CIPD L5 first
