Just finished mine too. Bought it after recommendation of Genevieve Fields and you. Does it sting your eyes? I really liked it but feel like my eyes were sensitive to this

lolol damn is it that good? It's your own fault it sold out lol. This one is a lil TOO moisturizing to me, but it's still bomb
Been using this Sunscreen for a while now, barely now looking ar reviews, not sure why, cause I know I definitely love it! This is such an underrated product.
Thanks for your review dear cause I am a skin of colour living in Asia precisely China 🇨🇳 and we have some of these sunscreen here, ur review actually encourage me to buy one and try, cause I have been a afraid of Asian sunscreen
You’re beautiful, love your energy. I came across the Hada Labo SPF 50 sunscreen in the blueish tub, a few years ago. I’ve been using it exclusively since, love it.

I recently did a review on that! I love it so much!
I went through two tubs of the hada labo sunscreen , recently switched to the la Roche poshe one cause it's sunny here and I need a water resistant sunscreen lol !!
I’ve been obsessed with your opinions lately. but just in time. i’ve been loving the fenty sunscreen but you don’t actually get a lot for your monies worth. so even tho it smells good, not sure i’d repurchase. with that being said, I saw michelle phan’s sunscreen video and she included a japanese sunscreen in her video and now here you are ! :) i’m excited to see what you have to tell us.

I completely agree and understand with your Fenty opinion. I just got mine in FINALLY. It smells DIVINE. But it's only 50mL, and the refill is still $30? Expensive! But if it gets people to wear sunscreen, imma hype it up!!! I've been obsessed with these japanese sunscreens! I love my korean ones, but these are top tier too!!!
Found you via James Welsh today. Found the Verdio sunscreen through Dr Dray as well and I've been using it all summer (I really like it so far). Love how thorough you are in your reviews, so..... subscribed!
This is in my cart but I hadn’t seen anyone review it. Yay, thanks for this video!

Great Ramon..!!! Another option to consider..especially here in the Netherlands where we usually have more cold days ...not to mention cloudy...than in the US....thanks once again

JG I’ve never heard about this brand before, but you’re the second person to ask for it! I’ll have to give it a look
I'm sadly not a fan of octocrylene. It is the absolute biggest sinner in all the ophthalmology tests I've seen. The most frequent cause of eye stinging in sunscreens. Love your videos 💕
I didn't know that! Thank you for sharing. It's interesting to find out that's the factor you see most frequently with sunscreens that're designated to be water resistant. And that other filters aren't used instead when there are probably other filters that can serve the same function and not be irritating to the eyes!
I just binged watch so many of your sunscreen videos and I absolutely love them! They’re so useful as someone that is still on the search for her HG SPF haha. I have already added to many on my “to try” list 😄 I recently bought the Keep Cool Sun Essence and Axis-Y Physical Sunscreen, both are SPF 50 and Pa++++. I would love to hear your thoughts on them!

Ooooh I haven’t heard of those brands yet!!! I’ll have to check them out! And thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Welcome to my channel ❤️
Marlene B It’s definitely fragrance free! Not sure how water resistance it is since it makes no claims about it. However, some reviews did mention it withstood when going out for a run or exercising :)
I actually got the milk version of this sunscreen, but probably because of either the alcohol or fragrance (citrusy), my facial skin ended up looking slightly red or pink for a short while before it dissipates. It is quite moisturizing as a base for BB cream though, and mostly, since I do not use BB cream often, I just go onto my daily activities. It is a little bit of a pity that my skin gets sensitised to the alcohol or fragrance, so I use it on my body and hands instead.
This is very moisturizing. I like it. Especially as I don’t wear makeup in the day so I’m gonna be glowing maybe a bit too much but I’m ok with that 🙂 I ain’t about the dry life.

lol this get a lil TOO radiant for me sometimes. Blotting helps a lot with that though. But I love the glow if gives
Yikes! When I put on a little at a time in layers, I’m ok but when I apply it like I do all other sunscreens, it’s 🔥👀😭. I’ll keep it as a backup and just know to go in layers but I won’t be buying again.
I'm shook and obssesed with the price, but, I love to put on my sunscreens like I put on moisturizer and I like it to cover everything so I put my sunscreens up to my eye and chemicals always either burn and make my eyes water or just make my eyes water. When I use zinc oxide or mineral only sunscreens it's fine no and with no stinging at all. Should I just skip this? It's like seriously hard trying to find an affordable invisible mineral sunscreen.
@@elizabuga4337 I do that but I hate doing that cuz then the eyes still turn out white but yeah that's the most simple solution
4 роки тому+4
So something I just found out: it's primarily the Octocrylene (which is an ingredient used in water resistant sunscreens; it's in this one) that's the primary factor for eye stinging. Other organic sunscreen filters don't have as high of likelihood of doing this. Have you tried the Purito sunscreens? Do they do the same? Asking mainly because they exclusively use non-US approved filters that are much more innovative and photostable. And i don't recommend skipping. You should 100% be able to put sunscreen around your eyes, up on your eyelids, without fearing eye stinging. I always consider that fact that a lot of the UV related damage associated with aging first shows around the eyes. So I make sure I LIBERALLY apply in those areas lol.
@ Okay first of all tell me why I could hear you talking to me! Oh my lanta!! Second of all thank you soo much for this education!!! I actually thought/blamed avobenzone and oxybenzone for being the ones that irritated my eyes but with this new info I'm like okay bitch she's cancelled. Yeah, I never skip the eyes. It's like the one part of the face that you should absolutely not skip ever. Right now I'm on my struggle sunscreens girl. I purely use 30-50 zinc oxide and tinted zinc oxide as my main susncreens when I'm at home so they all leave a white cast... For when I go out I have the Coppertone Oil Free Defend and Care 50 which is fragrance free and oxybenzone free for my face avoiding the yes and I'll put the versed 35 on top of the whole face after the first one has dried down. The Coppertone is chemical but will leave a noticeable white cast if you put a good thick layer on on dark skin. Once I finish those I'm gonna just be on my struggle sunscreens walking around in white face until I can get some coin for them korean sunscreens... I wanna hella try the beet shield but I'll make sure to let you know if I try the puritos and I'll make sure to find someones code! All the korean sunscreens look nice so I'll be experimenting with those once I'm done having to make room for corona. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to me and for feeding me this knowledge!! I'm like sis you're gonna be so successful helping every one out 💯 I already see you bitch 👏👏 we need influencers like you!!!
I wish yessstyle is in our country because i love sunscreens so much and the poor thing is that here in our country no shops for all those sunscreen, you can find one or 5 different brands which is horrible to me.

Glad this was another sunscreen success for ya!! Would love to see your faves!!

I am! Body sunscreen is one of my most frequently requested, and lip sunscreens is something I feel is rarely talked about but necessary. For that one I'm working on amassing a collection for to test out. I can see how the verdio can be a lil finnicky. It's a little more rich, and I find with sunscreens like those, they have the tendencies to slip and slide around and get in the eyes. I had a little bit of that issue, but it didn't BURN, I was just like "I feel it in my eye". Did you test out their Moisture Gel sunscreen too?
Glow By Ramón That's awesome - really looking forward to those future videos then! Thank you for your hard work!! ☺️ and yeah, I believe the gel formula was the one that i really couldn't make work for my skin because of the crazy pilling. The essence version was more manageable but I think my skin just didn't agree with all the botanical extracts in these sunscreens. Overall tho, I still think they are incredibly elegant and reliable sunscreens for most (basically just agreeing with all the points you've made here and in the video lol)
