this is by ohm's law :V=I.R, for netural wire, between transformer and our home, both of I,R has a value, so their product won't be zero, thats why there should be a voltage between transformer neutral and home neutral, but transformer neutral has zero volt, that means our home's neutral has positive V volts, but also earth has zero volts of potential, so if you measure voltage between V and 0, that is, home neutral and earth, you will get some voltage between them.

Nicely explained. If the voltage is more than 3 volts, is it required to go for bigger neutral cable having more dia copper wire than phase cable.
One more information needed. At what minimum and maximum depth range, from land's soil top surface, we can achieve perfect earthing.

LT Transformer is also output in star connection and it's 3 phase 440v,

Bahi one question when we use tester for checking current why we don't get shocked . One hand is touched on phase and body is touched the floor . Pls make video for excellent understand.
if you look at the tester, there is a resistance inside it, when you test with your tester the circuit completes, but see the resister in the tester is in series, so the amount of current going through your body is under safe range, it's current, that kills. but don't try a tester to test very high voltages, because in that case, the current flow will be much higher than the safe level as voltage is increased, causing severe electrical injury .
The tester we use for 230 V system has a resistance in series of order 1.5 Mega-ohm which limits the current to around 0.15 mA & our body can handle a current of 30 mA beyond which we get a shock

Basically at transformer output side there is star connection and through star point neutral is earthed so if there is any unbalanced in load the unbalanced current will flow in neutral and eventually in earth .

Transformer mai star and delta 2 tyoe ke connection hote hai... Step down transformer mai primary winding delta mai hoti hai aur secondary winding star mai hoti hai. Star mai se jo nutral banta hai woh 0 volt hota hai... Single phase load mai jo reverse current flow hota hai wo star winding mai aata hai... Jisse star winding demege ho sakti hai... Uske lie star winding ke protection ya for as a sefti reason ke lie star winding ko ground karte hai
