I really wanted a Bendpack but they don’t make one this small. I’m happy with this one but I would have spent extra to get a Bendpack equivalent if they offered it.
I need to get one of these in my life. When I built my shop I made it tall enough for a good size lift, and 15 years later I still don't have one yet lol.
@@mattwiser7982 yeah I priced Bendpacks I stalled in my area two years ago and a four post was $3800 installed, now they are over $5K before installation. :/
The lift looks good and the Exocet is looking really nice! In general 15 amp circuits use 14g wire, 20 amp circuits use 12g wire, and 30 amp circuits use 10g wire. It looks like your outlet is for a 15 amp circuit. Something you should check.
I would kill to have that in my garage...but, alas...not enough overhead, unless I want to go into the master bedroom...lol!! Hey matt...jingle me when you have a few
Great review on this lift. I do have one question about where the pump mounts. Can the lift be turned around and ramps swapped to the other end so the pump is at the front drivers corner? Triumph is one of the few that shows the pump at the right rear.
I believe that there shouldn't be any issues. You can just flip the whole thing 180 degrees which would put the pump in the front left. The ramps and stoppers use the same mounting points
It's been great to be honest. I'm not sure of what grade steel is used but the paint/coating used is very durable, there is no rust on it. I would definitely buy again. Just make sure that you have this on it's own dedicated breaker and supporting 20a outlet.
Thank you for the video! I have the same lift at my house. When you lower your lift all the way down, do your runways sit on the concrete all the way? Mine seem partially suspended off the ground and I am running out of adjustability on the cables.
@@camknapp4010 it’s mostly for storage but I do have a heavy duty scissor lift & bottle jack that I use on the ramps or jack plate when I need to do something that requires taking the wheel off.
Hey, any chance you can measure the runway height? Internet says 3.5 inches thick but it looks thicker to me.. any help would be appreciated. Thank you
Hi! I have a question about my valvesprings! On my miata 1,6 b6 They seems to be slightly bigger on one the side that faces the top. This is on the inletside. Thanks Mike!
Looks real great....apart from the BMW... lol... Respect for setting it up... :) Is it not bolted down to the garage floor...? I neeeeed a lift.............You have an understanding wifey...... ? N x
Man what kind of numb nuts blows out a rear window using a lift 🫣 hahaha Ali and I were cracking up during that part 😂 The lift looks right at home in there. Nice work Matchew!
Best garage mod you’ve ever installed! Going to be a great year for you and your bad boys (safer, more room and more secured)
100% agree!
That lift is so badass man! Congrats!
These popped up in my Instagram ads a week or so ago. I was looking at the Bendpak HD9 but these look good too.

Great informative video, I’m thrilled I just got mine. Same experience with Super Store folks

I’ve been worrying about the prices going up more than they already have so I had to just pull the trigger on it…

Green E46 Touring is life.
I seriously love that car for a daily driver. It’s the perfect size inside and out. Just needs 250 more hp
@@mattwiser7982 S54 swap it :) (L)
I did the DDM garage and it was well worth it. It wasnt hard at all.
Thank you for sharing - I wish I had the ceiling height. 3 series wagon below and E30 top.

@TheSlipAngle Thank you for the response. Was hoping they were able to be turned around. 👍
Hey man. Nice detailed review there. One question. If you're out of power can you still lower the car?
I am considering one of these shorter lifts for my garage. Is the steel painted or powder coated?
Any updates? Has it been good? No rust on the steel? What material is the steel? What grade steel is used? And would you buy it again?

What was the cost of this Lift ?

What type of fluid does it use
so how do you work on wheels etc?

I am also considering this lift, how do you have close ups on the locking mechanism. Also how did you compensate for pitch on your floor. Thanks
Is this the 8000k shorter lift???
