I was told by my instructor when I got my truck licence neutral is "angel" gear, you never ever get yourself in that situation. Are you being taught to double-clutch or float? I was taught to doube-clutch, mind you I did learn on a pretty old international acco 9 speed.

The Federal Hwy is a beatiful road and Golburn has quite lovely architecture but I am impressed with your ability with a manual, keep up the good work. The music was great also.
Hi emmelie thanks for another great video of your trip and as always such an awesome job and great job with the road ranger so wishing you safe miles cheers from tim in queensland ( keep on trucking )
That was a good video, including ol mate giving you tips for the manual gear change test was a bonus. Try adding some normal speed videos out on the road, especially if there is some interesting roadside scenery, townscape or unusual traffic conditions like wide loads etc. then back to FF. I hope you and the guys make time to see Australia other than from the truck cab.
Been driving 45 years. My favorite transmission! Better than the clunk box Mack’s i drive for Highway department now. Good luck and be considerate of the 4 wheelers. Remember they are amateurs

@xTe-legram_emmeliewcarlsen hi really enjoying your channel I am not driving big trucks these days Just in a heavy rigid but have had a go at all sorts of stuff but no expert I can send you a link from big rigs news paper an article last year on me
Started making truckin vids myself. Based in Melbourne just a 22 year old local driver. Thanks for the inspiration. Might make a how to drive a rr video soon haha
Another cool vid, thanks. The good thing about RoadRangers is they always let you know when you do something wrong 😀 Do you work nights and days. When I did night runs way back when I nearly always struggled with the hour or so before daylight. Don't know why ... just did 🤔. Good on you Emm.
Jeez, some of those industrial parks are pretty tight to drive through glad it's not me . Before I retired my work vehicle was big but not that big, it was only a car.👮👮👮
I came accross this channel, all because I have watched other trucking videos inc. outback truckers + homeless trucky. Btw, who's the person on the passenger seat?
Hey, Emmelie South it is 👉 let's go 😅😊 nice morning 🌄, lovely scenery along the way 😀, was the gentleman with you a Instructor??? Your truck 🚚 looked very cool 😎 👌 👍 all lit up, great video 📹 ❤❤
Go Emm. Usually for the test is using the clutch. How's the clutchless going. Remember the Hi/Lo when doing test. Going Hume, Seasame St. Used to be all sorts of creatures come out at night. Cleaned up a lot with point to point cameras and drug testing. Used to get a little wild at times. Moving is such a hassle. Not too bad for you, haven't been here long enough to have too much junk.
Had a mate do a driving test, one hand on the steering wheel and one hand on the gear stick, all through the test. The driving tester did not say a word until they got back, A big fat FAIL.
Roadranger is like pretty child in your hand awesome job ❤❤❤
Awesome job on the road ranger - you'll nail your manual test. Keep on truckin 🇦🇺😎
Old mate was spot on at 11:33, when you were coasting along in neutral I thought the assessor won’t like that, im sure you nailed the test

Bang on, berrocca, staminade, hydrolight, etc all produce better results than energy drinks. The body needs electrolytes.

Some weren't but I was glad when the automatic transmission came out here in the U.S.
That Hume Highway has certainly changed since I drove it.

Unlikely. It's an unwritten rule at most bottom feeder companies that if you drive it, you clean it and you won't be paid for it.
