By the way, if you have tried all these methods and they didnt work, consider loading optimised bios values ( factory reset bios) overclocking does cause this issue too. Especially any changes to the cpu cache speed. I spent 3 days trying to get it to work after 2 windows fresh installs i just reset the bios to default and it worked.
Specs: i9 12900kf
4070ti
32gb 6000mhz cl30
Z790 carbon.

did u managed to OC after the reset and the game worked? i tried anything and did not work.. i think what ur saying might be the problem in my case also. my RAM and CPU both is OC (7600X, 7800XT, 6400MHZ CL 36)

@OmriElhadad yes lowered the chache speed to 45. Reset the bios entirely and dont change anything like the ram profile xmp etc...get the game working then go back in and do the changes you want
