Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego 15th Owniversary special

I am so embarrassed at how I screwed up like four times, and there have been a couple of moments where my firefox and my file explorer accidentally popped up please tell me where so I can take it out..
This playing marks 15 years since I acquired a copy of this game (and five years since I started gaming....that anniversary was technically in May but I had no time to do something for that).

if you are referring to the virtual machines there are plenty of tutorials on youtube most of them do have a link to download a machine, follow their instructions and you should be fine
