Black. I’ve had those shorts for 2 years now and I did notice they’re not as black as they used to be. Still great shorts tho, if you can swallow the price. Thanks for watching!
Being that these are 2 way stretch and not 4 way, do these feel at all restrictive? I’m looming for supreme stretch that almost feels like a work out short.
I don’t personally find them restrictive at all but I think it’ll also depend on how it fits on you. Because these shirts tend to run slim, they may feel a little tight when doing “stretchy” activities, but in terms of the fabric itself, I would say it has enough all-way stretch or give. It was never an issue for me.
Yes, they apply a special DWR coating on these shorts for water repellency. As for wearing it in salt water, yes I assume heavy use in saltwater will affect the fabric, though how much and how long it would take I don’t know as I haven’t used it that extensively in salt water situations. Based on the materials used and the quality however, I would think it would take a helluva lot of exposure to salt water for it to affect the material noticeably. If you find otherwise, do let me know!
Good question @oscarche Unless you have quick drying underwear, I recommend going commando. The New Way shorts dry fairly quickly, so it would be counter productive to have wet underwear under dry shorts. Plus, going commando just feels much more freeing. Thanks for watching!
Are the shorts in the video black or blue AF? Great video!

Won't wearing these swimming especially in salt water, wear out te shorts material quicker? Theres like waterproof on the material right?

Do you recommend wearing underwear with these shorts or going ‘commando’?
