The floatation add-ins are pretty slick. I've still got a set of cut down sleeping pad inserts for a SOTech Machs and ROP combo around here somewhere- awesome that there's something premade for it now.
It looks like shot show had nothing but the Rhodesian recon vest from every vendor. I need that product that says “you need this, this gear will change your world “
The RRV was my go to rig for nearly a decade. My old ass can't help but feel a pang of nostalgia to know it's back. I may have to get that just because.
The new MMC just looks like a JPC copy. And you know what? Crye is currently evolving their JPC to be more modular (R-Series) and have higher load-bearing capabilities (SPC and R-Series). Eagle and everyone else making a JPC copy is behind the game considering the JPC is getting a facelift from the guys who created it
I'd do business with anybody BUT eagle since their customer service told me that a chest rig that didn't hold mags in while doing physical activity as extreme as getting out of a vehicle wasn't a defect. The mags would just fall out if I did anything beyond stand straight up and didn't move too much. Gladly told me that they would "design" a remedy for 39something dollars- after I paid shipping both ways. Then they got pizzy when I didn't eagerly jump on the opportunity that they so graciously offered me. Yeah...
I want one of these. But I just gotta say, the guy says, “… making the vest aesthetically pleasing1” SORRY, but I don’t give a crap if it looks good. If it works and stops the round it could be the butt f>ci ugliest thing! I would just be really happy that it worked and carried my crap as comfortably as possible. Kinda like my parachute, didn’t care what I was jumping, yeah preferred the MC1-1B to the T-10 and later versions…. If it deployed correctly, and I could execute the PLF and not slam into the ground…..
Not sure how you get that vibe from a guy who knows his stuff, and just happy to do a detailed video www.linkedin.com/in/todd-mcdunn-03b12a81?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F
Battlefield studies show there’s a 90-95% chance of survival if hit anywhere these types of carriers dont protect. That is including hits to the head or neck. It’s not 1990 anymore, dudes dont wanna wear 50 pounds of kit for short direct action missions. This isn’t getting into the increased survivability that comes from being maneuverable

Air bubble the fatigues as a flotation device. OG.
No new packs to show off?

That would be the RRV, friend. There's a reason it has stood the test of time for so long. It simply WORKS.

LBT created the 6094 a couple years before the MBAV lol
I think he meant the MBSS
I cant find the MMAC 2019. It was created in 2019, but seems like it's nowhere to be found, not even on the company website
looks awfully close to the jpc....
If it ain't broke don't fix it, I guess.
So does the ronin but no one complains so it’s all good
Intriguing...
CHIEF MCSTACHE!!! Luv You Brutha!!

This guy is one cool dude... Reminds me of the old school guys back in the day. We need more old school.

I love eagle industries but this guy gives me 'greasy car salesman trying to sell me a re-badged BMW' vibes

@@MILSPECMONKEY these Clowns dont know they are dissin a legend!! Of the 160 SOAR no less!!
He worked at Black hawk
He's worked at Eagle for quite sometime, then Vista Outdoor acquired them and had him also working on other sub companies including Black Hawk.
He was one of the active duty Nightstalker pilots that flew one of the 160th Black Hawks in the movie Black Hawk Down.
This guy gives me the creeps
Probably just the Night Stalker Vibe. You know the 160th SOAR of which this Gent flew for.....so Hes a Legend to those that Know!!
@@beaubooker433 no it's probly because he's at shot show and has to yell because its loud. So he's breathing a little heavy
