It is not BPL that is ever going to improve Bangladesh cricket. It is learning the basics of batting thoroughly from the start -posture, mindset, how to approach different lengths, mastering known shots, advanced skill shots and signature shots, where to play, how to hold bat properly, shot selection and timing for every shot, how to play varied shots to play 360°. BPL has only taught batsmen to be prematurely aggressive and impatient, but the area in which BD batsmen lack is the basics ( already mentioned above ). Bangladesh batsmen need to be self-determined and play more in nets, where they should discover themselves even further, rather than matches. Test matches can also help, but nets or practice is most useful.

Now there goes Mushfiq, either no field awareness or can't play that length without sweep. So reliant on this single shot that anyone can guess it. Knowing few shots makes him less competent to play any direction and more vulnerable to be tricked. If he had any chance not getting out, should have known where the fielders are, played a different shot and direction.

i have two questions .
1. what do tamim ask for after he got out? do he need to change the low or he has poor knowledge of cricket.then why he play cricket. after hitting for a over head bouncer ( that is not) does it become wide ?
2. how akila's ball ( lbw review) to mushfiquer is't umpires' call ? ball is not pitching fully out side of leg its almost half of the ball in line that should be umpires' call.
Well, I don't know what Tamim was doing but there is no umpiers call on pitching. If more than half the ball is outside leg it is pitching outside leg.

Immature batting by Sabbir. No field awareness, poor shot, poor placement. He thinks batting is all about hitting the ball hard, flaunt muscles and moves. Sabbir is no good for international cricket, he can play street cricket and attract girls.
faiyaz f He is no better than Sabbir. Only difference is one likes to play effortless shots and other likes to flaunt his muscles. There is no balance in both of them. Musa's handling of crucial moments is not so good because his field awarness is not good. Because of his posture and approach, he can't play bouncers very nicely. He is kind of an awkward batsmen. Only where he can play strokes is third man, point, cover and midwicket - it is because of the limitations of the shots he can play.
A more viable option replacing him would be Anamul (keeping Mithun also), Mominul, Shahriar, maybe Juhurul Islam and Shamsur Rahman.
I don't quite understand why doesn't BCB recall experienced players like Naeem and Farhad when the inexperienced players are failing them. They could at least include them in training sessions so that they get chance to prove themselves. They haven't served Bangladesh for long, but have they been totally forgotten? Bangladesh thinks they are a big team but becoming big is still quite far. They never learned any lessons from humiliating defeats because they play impusively (e.g. Mash smasing the full toss to fielder at midwicket; it was the reason BD lost to India in Wt20 2016).

Would you destroy learner's career to equate for lackers. Learners need to learn (it is not in their brain) but lackers need to merely recall. I feel sorry for Miraz, Mosaddek and Shanto, they coudn't learn.
BCB needs to make sure the u-19 are consistent with their basics and developing through their games because they are the future Bangladesh. Even if BCB has to translate Coach's words to Bangla, they must do so for the rising stars. England and Aussie u-19 compared to BD u-19 are not same, their cricketing system is designed in a way that they learn very quickly (state of the art management of home seasons) and always learning. The future of the youngsters rests on BCB's shoulders.
Some seniors have not served BD for much years, they need to be recalled before they are old and dissatisfied with their career. If they are lacking, coaching staff need to work with them. BD is not in a position to call (prematurely) it's junior players; it is understandable for well-managed big teams.
The way Bangladeshi batsmen played, it shows that Bangladesh is still a weak team. It wants too big target. It was an easy chase but Bangladeshi batsmen are failed. They need to improve their batting style.
