This video helped so much and it made me happy through a frustrating event. One side note that while this is good if all you have for Ewoks for long term Ewok usefulness Wicket and Logray are useful.
I'm super stoked that you were able to achieve this with that specific team... But the thing that really made me love it was, the Gummi Bears theme song... Which I sang out loud drunkenly on vodka in my bathtub after a 10-hour day of surveying in the mountains!

Man, I just unlocked 7* C-3PO with basically the same team as in this video. I don't know if they lowered the difficulty of this event or I just got lucky, but it took me only 3 tries.
I had no luck getting 7 stars with this lineup. I've been farming Logray and Wicket ever since the last event. Dont think I'll have them there by the next event. But the one thing I did do, is get every single Ewok to Gear 11, and Chirpa to 12. So your video gives me hope I may still get him on this next go around.
TubbyTater unfortunately with this team I don’t think so. I think you can only pull off G10 or below if you have both Wicket and Logray. It might be theoretically possible but I couldn’t do it at all G11 with a zeta on Chirpa. It was only after I put a second zeta onto the team (Paploo) and took Elder to G12 for 6E mods that I could beat it. This team is one of the two hardest ways of doing the event (the other being any team without Chirpa), so you need the gear level.
Hey,man. Great video. Without Wicket and Logray,are these gear levels necessary? All of them 11 and Elder 12. Is it possible to get some Ewoks to lower gear tiers and still achieve victory? If so, what Ewok can we undergear a bit? Im guessing its absolutely necessary to get Elder to 11 or 12.But what about others?
Matej Skoko Elder needed G12 to be able to use 6E mods for max speed. Paploo needed at least G11 to have enough beef to survive. Scout and zChirpa need G11 for survivability and damage. I think you could get away with a lot less gear on Teebo than I had. Maybe G9?

This is literally the minimum. I have surpassed him in health and protection on every ewok, I'm lacking 4-8 speed on each of my ewoks and I can't beat it. I have g12 elder, teebo, and chirpa. G11 scout and paploo
Wow trying to use these ewoks... wow this is insanely hard. This guy had very very good mods. Not sure I can do it with this lineup. Any extra advice not shared in the video?
Brandon Dunbar it is indeed insanely hard. A lot has to go right to be able to pull it off. The main pointers I would give are to keep restarting until Chewie does not get stealthed. From time to time knock down R2s turnmeter to slow down his rate of turns. Get a feel for when to use Paploos basic to remove translation from an enemy, as that stops them being called in on the mass attack. When Trooper taunts, do whatever you have to do to cleanse that ASAP as he gets retribution too and that can wipe you. Kill order should be Chewie first, then Han, then Trooper, then R2 and then Leia. Han and Trooper can be swapped, like in the video where I killed Trooper first.
I tried many, many many, many, many, many, many times a day for the 6day event with tat same team and I never even came close. Elder gear 12 and everyone else gear 11.

Dodo Makes sense. The only reason I did it this way was because I had the gear available and had no chance of getting Wicket or Logray to 7 star in time. They are pretty slow farms, assuming you were farming them at all, which I wasn’t. I think if you have Wicket and Logray you can do it at G8 or 9 so if you have them it’s definitely the more economical option.
I had countless attempts before I G12'd Elder and zeta'd Paploo. However, once I had this team as it is in the video I had it in maybe 10-20 attempts, but keep in mind that they go quite quickly because you're looking for certain things to happen at the start which ends the attempt early (e.g. Chewie not getting stealthed). It could take 200 attempts...you could get it on your first attempt. It's one of those RNG heavy things. You can see in the video that I got quite lucky with the resurrects on Elder...especially when it resurrected Paploo at the right moment to come in and wipe out someones buffs.
fordsucks27 Switch up the strategy. Use Teebo to keep R2 from taking too many turns. Use Paploos basic occasionally to clear buffs from a character (couple of times in the vid you can see that doing this neutered some swarm attacks). Keep restarting until Chewie isn’t stealthed. Make sure to be able to cleanse Pathfinder when he taunts because with retribution and taunt he will screw your team up. Keep swinging at it!
Tim Taylor it is very hard and very RNG dependent. It’s like doing Thrawn with G8 Phoenix. Every upgrade you put on your characters removes a little RNG. I was completely unable to beat it at all G11 with just a zeta on Chirpa. It took putting a zeta on Paploo and taking Elder to G12 to finally beat it, and that still took another approximately 20 attempts. The main thing is making sure Chewie doesn’t get stealthed before you kill him. Also note that periodically I would use Paploo to clear buffs from an enemy...that was to clear translation to prevent mass attacks. I also used Teebo to try keep R2 from taking too many turns. But yes...RNG plays a big part. You will see that I got lucky with resurrects, such as getting the right character at the right time, and even getting the resurrects on Elders dispell which is percentage based. You just need to keep swinging at it and learning what works.

Ewoks build lots of turnmeter. If I don't need to dispel something by calling paploo to assist, I call elder who has a chance to generate turnmeter for the entire team on basic

Didn’t touch R2 until the end with this strat I focused mainly on Commando and Chewie. Han was easy once I got past those two and fuck Leia.
