It would be a shame if they did as then the game developers would not have gotten as much out of it. For me the biggest differences is in the beats and the more funky bass line, well and Eli's opening & ending screams. But there are also differences on some notes - especially during some of the runs. And I really like the added undertone during Geoff's 'Embrace us' line. The dissonance gives a bit of an almost robotic sound.

Until, that is, a visionary Grineer frees a sleeping Warframe, one of the Orokin's living humanoid weapons built to fight the Sentients.
