Great video. Gave me an idea to perhaps try placing my fire at the back of my Tipi huts instead of the middle.. might be interesting. It's always a bit annouying in the middle. Espeacally with a few beers and smokes.
What an interesting build with the fire and the tarp. How did you manage not to risk to have the plastic melt? And I quite liked the floor heating process in the beginning.
Firstly, the chimney was built slightly at an angle to the back and secondly, I tried to keep heat away from the roof by building the stones. This meant there was no direct heat on the tarp. Kira ist die Ruhe in Person 🙂
This video provides great advice: he's starting a fire while it is still daylight instead of waiting until sunset, when the time to find enough good combustible material would begin to ebb away quickly.
i see how they log in your country sustainable with 90% retention of Old growth i saw by the patches. in BC all you see is a sea of no trees just like a moonscape disgusting logging practices today in British Columbia Canada ,
Thank you 🙂 Austria is a country of forests. Almost 48% of the state's territory is covered with forest. That's 4 million hectares of forest. There are 3.5 billion trees in this area, i.e. 406 trees per inhabitant.
@@silentoutdoors4412 yes i see your country is sustainable not like Canada where we cut downmoonscapes of trees creating a wasteland and negatively impacting on the environment.
I wanted to subscribe I just can't handle scene changing every 3 seconds.....I'm like i want to watch then, new s ene, then I want to watch, new scene, then I want to watch, new scene....sorry

A reflective survival blanket would be nice on the boughs - I’d lose my glasses & other stuff in the branches…and wow, no gloves! Nice set-up.
Thank you very much! I use a blanket like this in some videos! I´m still constantly looking for my items.....

Nothing better than some time in the woods with my dog. Really enjoyed the video.

Hello! What are those pants and boots you're wearing? Thank you!
The shoes are from Sorel and the trousers are from Pirscher!
Throwing bits of wood everywhere, had to duck at one point.....thought a plank of wood was going to go through my laptop 😆
🤣🤣
How do you have the fire set up?
chaotic 🙂

She is a mix of Brandl Bracke and Hungarian Mudi!
What hiking pants are those?

Meat tastes best when cooked over a wood fire.
I absolutely agree with you!
