Can I Make This Abandoned $4 Push Mower Run? Fix and Flip

I bought this abandoned push mower off of marketplace for a grand total of $4 along with some other project lawn care items. In this video, I try to get it running.

An oil change would do it good too, im guessing you allready got some oil for it. Then maybee sharpen the cutting blades with an angle grinder then the new owner will be real happy and you will feel better knowing you gave it some new life and all it cost you was 10 minutes of work.
