It's because kayle has 200ish mr and armor so she's tanky af and can withstand some 3 star 5 cost ults and beat them with her one shot
it doesn't unless the 3 star legendary does less than 4k hp

Don’t know about those two but I think it can beat 3 star Udyr. Pretty sure it can beat 3 star sett and xayah/rakan, considering they all have a high mana

No. They are exclusive. If you get umbral crown you can’t get umbral crest, same with mythic, same with duelist, etc.
