I don't come of much money, I live in a horrible apartment and I constantly worry about money. I trust in the lord!! But I need to pray to trust him even more.

Perhaps due to the fact that growing up I looked up to celebs like Eddie and Richard, stand up comedians, that had me a South African trying to speak like an American. We didn't have the tech we have now. The best we had was the Walkman. Listening thru them made sure you hear every word. I wish it was the real Word I listened to back then. Nevertheless God had His plan for me. All of the jokes and stories from these comedians were etched in my memories. Today when I listen to your sermons I thank God for your style. It's something that resonates with me. And I'm glad you took the high road preaching the word. Not that I'm pulling down entertainers.... Everything has its place. I just thank God Almighty that He changed so much just for me. I was born into a catholic family... But walked away before confirmation.... I wanted to know more about God that I wasn't able to understand where I was at that point. That never happened... I just lived until I was invited to a so called happy clappy church.... Been giving God my time and focus then depression just came over me I been asking what’s wrong why i all of a sudden feel like this 😢 I am a lover of money and I just realized it I won’t even give if my money low in my eyes I’m always checking my account and get anxiety if it’s down to 100/200/300 🤦🏾♀️I gotta pray about this cause I haven’t been trusting God
