    Yo!
    Appreciate this video, just got MPC One + and had issues working the key group functions.
    Yours is the only video out of the 20 videos I watched that mention assigning the sample twice. 1st the drum icon then the key group icon. Subscribed !

    Nice lesson, brother! Yeah, there are other vids, but I like how you got right to the meat. The "mini review" before each step is a classic teaching skill, cements everything you just learned. I definitely learned something and have a better idea of how to do that pad riff i have been working on, thanks!

    Hi, thank you for your video. I have a question I was hoping you could help me with. I have an MPC one that I bought secondhand in very good shape. I’ve noticed when I push the instrument tab in the browser section I see all of my air effects. Is this normal? Or do they need to be moved to another location? Is this because they are considered a plug-in?
    I’m just not sure. Thank you.

    I have a question you may have answered in another video: I have a "dawless studio", and make my music with an MPC, a turntable, a few volcas, a crave, and a modular synth. The MPC is almost always the backbone of a track, and I build my tracks using song mode. How would I go about recording the external gear into the MPC after building the song? Like, I know how to record an audio track, but not sure how to integrate that audio track with the sequences.

    • @PoliPopo
      @PoliPopo  Рік тому

      I will definitely make a detailed video about this
      But you’ll need to route the audio from your midi devices back into the MPC as audio

    Is there anyway to make the time stretching better if u go up or down octaves so it retains its natural timbre and length when playing it at those lower/higher octaves?

      The auto warp is kinda choppy , I usually use program edit and pitch the sample up or down
      Then I have to tap out the tempo and then set the bar links to match the sample

    Popo! I am trying to get crafty. Is there a way to have more than 16 drums sounds in a kit? I don't mean layered per pad. I mean Is it possible to assign drum sounds outside the 16pad range using the pad perform. there are a ton of notes in pad perform. It would be bad ass to scroll through pre made kits but far more than the 16 and without having to scroll through kits and build custom on limited to 16 pads. What say you? (standalone)
