Totally wrong. If you think so , then you are probably below 18. The real meaning of sacred games is totally different and its not famous for that sadly. Sacred games was also a reality depicting storyline which depicted how people are brainwashed by religion and how they are ready to complete their aim towards their religion even if it costs their life ! The thing which you can call unrealistic would probably be the part of guruji's voice echoing in gaitonde's mind which was nothing but a phycological phenomena . This series was way too deep and not for 18 below because they would take it otherwise and thats what happened to you. Sacred games and family man both depict reality . The key difference between them is that family man is straightforward and shows the reality of how intelligent bureau's work is tough and how a normal guy collaborates with his normal life, and also the conditions of kashmir and the pakistani's propagandas , and the sacred games shows how people are brainwashed on the name of religion and how far they can go for it (and does not put strain on mafia and the strong scenes for which it is way more famous) I hope you have understood. Sacred game season 1 was a world class serial ever made in India. Nothing can defy that. I mean the whole execution, film making, morale, writing, production design. Family Man season 1 was a great show, the execution and the production design(detailing) lacked something. I loved family man too. Sacred games season 1 did everything it could but was ruined by season 2 just like GOT S7 & S8. Talking about the idealogy Both Family Man and Sacred games shared one thing in common, evil people do evil things and hide behind religion as an excuse. And this whole chaos gets completed by ignorant people who would believe in anything.

I feel some scenes and dialogues of Mirzapur are kind of forced and there is way too much of unnecessary violence. While The Family Man is a perfect combination of Action, comedy, suspence and thrill with no foced dialogues and scenes and unnecessary violence.
First I watched "Mirzapur", thought it is the best series, then watched "Sacred Games" thought it the amazing series(still waiting for Season 3), then watched "The Family Man" I think this is the Masterpiece. The second season is flawless. First season had some flaws. Also where the first season ended, it is not convincingly explained that how they thwarted that gas thing but still, that is forgiven given the awesome story line and performances in this second season.
Thing is they wanted to make both the seasons apart .. means you can see the second season and understand even not watching season 1... That's the case to maintain hype ... But have you noticed .. Suchi didn't knew about shrikant's job whole season 1 but suddenly in season 2 she knows everything...
