  • I walk to the beat of my drum 🥁 Yep, I tune into what my mind, my body and my soul needs, before I get dressed.
    Today is bleak, cloudy, and just a little MEH outside, but that doesn’t mean I need to feel the same way. So, instead of adding to the MEHness, I take control of a few things.
    1. My Mindset.
    I asked myself how I wanted to show up with my thoughts today. I know I have disempowering and empowering thoughts, none of which mean anything about me. They are just thoughts.
    2. My Behaviour.
    I ask myself how my future self behaves, the future self that I have got to know on a deeper level. She deserves to live her best life, right? Of course, she does! She is fit, values health, nurtures herself before anyone else, is business savvy, has excellent relationships, provides value, is a present mum, and so on. I then behave in a way that matches this energy.
    3. My Style.
    I ask myself, how do I want to feel today? What do I need to do today? How do I want to look today? I then take the actions that match the energy of these answers.
    You see, the more intentional you are with yourself, the more attention you can give to the things you want. The more intention you bring to your day, the more attention will flow to your desired feelings, thoughts, behaviours, and things.
    May this be a reminder to get to know you a little better and start asking these 3 questions every day and watch your confidence, style, mindset, and other areas of your life improve 🚀
