Once again, I find myself listening to Neuromancer. Like a movie I stumble on while channel surfing and get caught up in for the 31st time. Always enticed to watch in full. Thanks again for a great rendition.
@@Null257this is exactly how I’d put it. first time I listened I thought “oh man, is this really the best reading of this?” but it really has grown on me.
Ngl i listened to the weird radio soap version of this first and while his nerdy weird southern drawl was jarring at first, it comes off as so much more natural and informed than the other one as i listened on.
Idk I’m from Atlanta and Case literally sounds like people I know it’s fitting. Literally how he and the flatline sounded in my head. Plus the book has a certain rhythm to it, I remember reading that William Gibson wrote it so it would have a flow when read out loud and it definitely does.

Name checks out hahahaha
William Gibson did the voice in the way he wanted it to sound and in the way he wrote it.nonstop prose. Brilliant word smith
the more times i listen to this, the more i realise just how creepy the technology of that universe is.
A.I. is quite terrifying in this.
I wonder who it was the narration company had say the "this book continues on the other side of the cassette" line. Pretty good voice.
The fact this ties to Johnny mnemonic is crazy.
Part 4 6:41
