I can't imagine how you felt after July 2007 having the core of this team ripped from you we woulda won the cup with that group of guys.I strongly believe going back Tom Golisano is a huge part of why your no longer the coach of The Buffalo Sabres. I will miss you Lindy! an hell maybe you'll develop into the GM of this team one day and you'll finally hold that cup up as part of this team. I don't care where you coach you will retire a sabres Icon!
Lindy, we miss you so much. You ARE Buffalo ! It would be so weird if you ever coach at the visitors bench. This wasn't your fault, your team was gutted so badly when we lost both captains that it was too hard for the remaining core to fill-in. My wife and I wish you the absolute best. I will never forget when Ottawa came into our barn, "run-em". That was the last cheap shot on a Sabres team captain that year. Nothing but love for you.
