Saw Jeff play this to end a show in 2018. I was crying like a baby. My wife, who's European, couldn't understand. That's one difference right there. How Jeff can make THAT particular song come alive just shows how truly great he is. As Jimmy Page famously said "There's Jeff, and then there's us mere mortals." Truer words were never spoken.

Who would want to feel shackled to the media? It's great Jeff has managed to stay outside the reach of hacks looking to sell a 'story'. Nothing scandalous about building Hot Rods and playing guitar, great role model. Just do something creative and avoid the bs. Now my fingertips are hard it's back to trawling books and 'net to improve my playing!

@joemac356 Jeff Beck is acclaimed, most guitarist today credit Beck for playing guitar. Jeff flys under the radar, doesn't look for the headlines.

I thought I read that Jeff liked Santo + Johnny's ( Sleepwalk ) version. So he thought he'd try it. Maybe it was something else .
