All I can think of is a 4-5-1 tbh, Ronaldo up top, he'll prolly needa have good strength so he's not shook off the ball easily, The wingers may be deep but on offence they really come up, the 3 in the middle can interchange and play how they want. It'll still be position based a bit but it'll be close to positionless
I think it's also depends on your opponents formation
