In this video, Dr. Pillai talks about a simple technique on how to be happy always.
Because nobody has taught us seriously to look at the soul. You can look at the soul. The soul can be accessed through the eyes. I am going to now teach differently through my eyes sending waves of my soul's energy through my eyes to help you experience what bliss is. Bliss is overflowing non-stop. It's overflowing.
Just put your attention on your left nostril. Focus on the third eye and then come back and listen to my words, look at my eyes, and then go back to the left nostril and the third eye, alternate. I'm not going to say that to you. In every session, I want you to do that until you are blissed out.
