Love this film. Was able to let go of the anxiety a bit and laugh at the audacity and discomfort. Very skillfully direction and writing for a first timer

This was a very interesting movie.
The strange thing is Rachel Sennett is NOT Jewish in real life, while the blonde wife is.

Best movie of the year so far. And there has been some good ones. Especially horror. And id say fits in that category.

I hear this is a lot like KRISHA. A great movie that I find too anxiety Inducing.
So if it’s like that, I’m excited to see, but it may be a one and done for me (just like Krisha)

I liked this movie but I didn't process it as a comedy. Definitely made me feel anxious more than anything. Overall I'm glad it was short and didn't do too much plot-padding.

This is totally the reason I listen to Breakfast All Day so they can recommend and go into detail over a film like this I probably would have never heard of.

This movie was extremely well acted and well directed, but I just found that the main character got more and more obnoxious and insufferable as the film went on. There was just way too much back and forth for her character in ways that felt repetitive and definitely pushed the boundaries of believability for me. I also really disliked how she treated her ex-girlfriend. I get that the relationship is off and on, but when the main character has the breakdown and the ex-girlfriend persistently goes in to console her, I could only think how the MC hasn't done anything to deserve this, has hardly shown any remorse, and every move she's made, including her breakdown was all "me me me" up until the very end. She's lucky to have such loving parents and a beautiful ex-girlfriend with low self esteem. I did go in rooting for this movie, but by the end it lost me. A film I love a lot more in this vein is "Ghost World". I'll go watch that now.

I love you guys, always a highlight of my week.
My love of movies has led my 8 year old daughter to ask her friends, “Have you seen Little Shop of Horrors?”

That's actually beautiful. I'm taking my 5-year-old nephew to see the re-release of Jurassic Park (my favorite film) tomorrow, hoping to inspire him with cinema the way that film inspired me back when it came out.

The ending scene where all the main characters pile into a van is the cherry on the top. And it did look like that old lady in the far back seat died. Meaning another shiva is very soon.

If you're into *cringe* this movie will most likely be in your top 10 for this year.
If you're not into cringe... meh.
    5.5 for me.
