Such a beautiful video Mahima mam. Liked it !! What I like the most about your video is that you give attention to every details when it comes to cooking and video is shot exactly right and edited to perfection. I have been following you for quite a while and I must admit the fact that you have inspired me a lot to love and assimilate the very act of cooking and many thanks to you mam:) Keep doing what you love. # Love and peace always!
In my home, this recipe always has been made by caramelising the jackfruit. But after my mother saw your recipe in Dhe Ruchi, she started making it this way. Your recipe changed the habit of lifetime.
Hi Mahima, firstly a million kisses to you...this is my all time favourite . thank you so much for taking time in teaching us the traditional recipes...I will definitely make this when I get jackfruit. Love you loads ❤️😘😘😘

Mahima, u always show how to prepare each recipes in its perfect way..not much talking but precise and simple..now a days i am trying each of ur recipes coz ur cooking encourages me to try it out.Thank you n God bless
Yes Boban John is right. You can use banana leaf but will not get same flavour. Incase if you get fresh leaves, clingwrap and store it in the freezer for later use. I store it for months

What can be done if the fresh leaf is not available. Thank you for the superb recipes.
Use banana/ plantain leaves This won’t give this much taste but can manage

@@MahimasCookingClass Thank you Mahima for yr reply
If the batter is loose, you can't keep it upside down.
Batter won’t be loose. After you rest the batter, it will be thick enough as in the video
പുട്ടുപൊടി വറുത്തതാണോ?
