MAVERICK‼️ I have the MD2 as well. I have it packed with the same North American Rescue products, except for the airway tube. I omitted the airway tube because I have training to stop bleeding. I haven't had training yet to be comfortable enough to insert a medical device into a person's body. Anyway, this IFAK is a great addition to any kit.
I'd like to see a demonstration of someone with 1 arm pull that sled and successfully retrieve items from inside. I see some design improvements over the Warrior Poet Society IFAK but it concerns me a little (possibly erroneously) to see how many steps are required to get an item out from this new Agelite model. The WPS IFAK automatically pops open when I throw it on the ground. I keep all items in a vacuum sealed bag that can be opened with one hand and my teeth.
I think this guy was just weak and not very coordinated. The issue with IFAK's is the smaller you go you either have to remove items or you have to cram it all together. I think this is a good mini, quick deploy option. Maybe if you can't hook a space blanket out of an IFAK with your finger you shouldn't be in combat lol Just get a zippered pouch IFAK that folds open
I wish this video was out when I set mine up. I did not buy the North American Rescue kit but I already had most everything and just needed to order a couple of specific items that matched the kit. I was only able to add one chest seal and not two. I think I will be pulling my kit and watching this video again on where to put items. When I got the IFAK, from Agilite, I felt the kit was too small but then thinking about it that is the point. Simple and quick to deploy. I am not trained on the decompression needle and would not use one on someone until I was trained. So, I would never carry any in my kits. IFAK is meant to be used on you so my hope is someone that grabs my IFAK would be trained on the decompression needle if I needed it.
I'm glad the video could be of help! Its tight with everything you see here but once you get the items in there and wear it for a little bit, it will break in and be much easier to deploy.
lol mystery solved!! I knew a lot of people having issues fitting the 4” dressing in with everything else 👍 Also two things, NAR has two sizes of shears, the shorter version fits that front kit pocket NOT the longer version. I put a sharpie and chem light stick in between the two compartments as well. Sharpie for any med notes you need to write on patient and chem light for just that, light

Learned so much-thank you for putting this together!

@lonerandy - I went ahead and ordered one to try it out. It's still in the mail. Maybe demonstration one is just packed too tight.
Definitely need that plate carrier. Every time I'm ready to commit to getting a set up, stuff happens. Love the channel and gear
thank you! I hope you can get the gear you want soon!

Nice belt setup
Which North American Rescue kit is that from? Is it one of the resupply kits ?
It’s a kit that is made specifically for Agilite and their MD2. You can find it on our website under Agilite products!
@@mavericktacticalllc Great, thanks! I couldn't see it right now but I will check once home again
What brand holster is that. Sorry if this has been asked before
The holster itself is safariland. Patrick does a full belt breakdown in this video! >> ua-cam.com/video/P2Xxi4zyq9E/v-deo.htmlsi=svEMxN8WvejlnHom
