i searched whole hyderabad and internet but couldnt find the same carbons. so i shaped the same carbons and fixed it. and it is working for now

Thanks for the video. Suggest you add how to pop-off and re-install the end plate near the brushes. I'm guessing you "uncrimped" the edges of the cylinder housing, and then bent them back down a bit to re-install. Thanks again.

Hi Sir, your video has help me! I have a 14.4V battery drill and its carbon brush its not the typical kind with spring. And its not on the market. I followed your method and it works great! But perhaps you would know how to make the thinner part of the brush to be tight fit into the holder?

No Soldering or Glue Used., It has a tiny lock system on the end of carbon brush.

Hi, how do you open the motor?

This has to be done very carefully and patiently. You can find 4 locks at the back of the motor. Pull this locks up by using a nose plier or screwdriver or a punch. Once you have done this you will be able to remove the rear cover along with the connectors.
