It's called mount Fløyen. (not Frankenstein) and your friend here missed out on the restaurant part of the fish market which is inside a building just off the side of it. The outside market is very old and mostly for tourists nowadays, so if you're into seafood or cheeses or any kind of food, make sure to visit that.
