Needed this. Been a PE for 8 months. My project is a total dumpster fire
The 18 for the industry improvement is spot on, I couldn’t agree more.
Omg no way he called me out for watching while driving 😭 I do it while I deliver food 😂
Awesome
As a Superintendent I love this …second half of video is also very good
Listening to this while driving between my sites. You got me.
No communication between the trade partners is always the number 1 thing I notice on bad projects. If you gotta go from x trade to super To y trade instead of x to y trade things are gonna get lost in context
I think one of the rules was never think you know it all. So maybe the advice on always get an consultant is a bit problematic. It's like everything.. it depends.
Likes and shared. We so need this in our industry.

Thank you!
what builder experience is required to be a master builder as a PM/Super?
Being on at least three great projects and practicing in the major components of running those projects.
@@jasonwilliamschroeder when you say major components of the project would say a role like a field engineer, foreman, or a carpenter? Each is important but have their own unique role in executing the project.
@@ChristTompkins I would say Field Engineer, Project Engineer, and Super.
