    Great video! What are you using to make the flames rise? I'm trying to get that flame char on my grillables.

      @RockingTheRetiredLife  Рік тому

      Hey thanks for watching Gene! The flames will rise when you marinate your food before putting on the grill. The natural juices of burgers for example, will also make the flames rise when you have the propane controller up high enough. Hope this helps!

    I just bought one, assembled it, tested it, etc. After I lit it to preheat the grill, I noticed the high flame was super high. Then it started making a loud hissing noise. I turned it off, and left it. Might be taking it back tomorrow.

      Thanks for the view and the comments, did you check to see if the valve was set too high for the propane? Just wondering how it all turned out. Thanks!

      @@RockingTheRetiredLife I set the temp to high. If checking the valve is different than that, please advise. I would love to get this grill working right. New to propane grills.

      @@lydiaajohnson yes, if the valve knob is turned on high all the way full blast, it can cause the flame to come out too high and the propane to hiss.

    Can you do a slow mo video of connecting the ring/chain

      Hello and thanks for the question, unfortunately, we no longer have the chain, it broke off when we were moving the grill. I will try to remember to use slow motion on my next grill review asap. Thanks!

    The part that slides into the RIGHT SIDE.. the cooper looking nipple that the propane flows through into the grill hole on the side. Is that supposed to be a TIGHT FIT? MINE slides in loosely. Is there something else that goes around that cooper looking thingamajiggy? I just bought a NEW ONE from the market of fleas for 50 bucks.. it's missing the 2 nuts & bolts for the handle & the 6 screws for the ignition box & for the propane side.. still a great deal though 👊😎⚡️oh and what is the little chain for? It didn't have any instructions with it neither 😢

      Thanks for watching and for the questions. I'll do my best to help here: as far as the grill hole connection on the side, mine is a snug fit but the connector is able to flip all the way around to allow adjustment for the position of the propane. The little chain is still a mystery to us too! If someone else knows it's purpose, please comment.

      @@RockingTheRetiredLife thanks for the reply.. MINE seems as though it's slides in loosely but works just fine.. was grillin & chillin yesterday.. bout to grill up some chicken on it today 👊😎

      Your ignition sparkler thingamajiggy might not be close enough to your burner.. it's movable.. or those couple holes around it may be clogged. Try a toothpick through the burner holes.. 👊😎🔥..just made some steak & chicken kebabs 😋 love this grill

      The chain is a match holder😁 so if your igniter doesnt work. You stick a match in the ring at the tip, and into the hole on the side.

      Sorry to hear it wasn't helpful. I try not to go through every step in the directions and mainly want to focus on the quality of the product and how well or bad it actually works. Thanks for watching!
