Trains Through The New Cale Street Level Crossing

Cale st crossing is a new level crossing in Midland that opened in the place of Helena st crossing to facilitate the new Midland station and Bellevue.
We start the morning with 7K61 grain transfer from Metro Grain Centre Forrestfield to Avon Yard. This was one of the only grain services that day as Kwinana CBH Terminal was closed due to maintanence. P2514 was at the head of the consist.
Just seconds after K61 cleared the crossing, 4GP1 with CSR019 & CSR021 pulls through with an SCT intermodal from Parkes, NSW.
The final service seen is Pacific National's 7PX4 empty outbound steel service, bound for Port Augusta. NR83 & NR72 were leading this service.
