Great pod. Takeaway from Pastor Tudman is accepting being vulnerable even when all people can see is someone strong and independent. My wilderness season has humbled me in such a way that I have learned to accept and ask for help. Especially from God.

Pastor Joel!! I was baptized in the Holy Spirit while watching one of his sermons…and…experienced healing from a mental health problem. His sermon about Joshua and the wall of Jericho..whew man…powerful. May God keep and bless this man of God. May God keep and bless our prophets in this generation. Stay prayed up saints!!

This podcast blessed my soul. Pastor Tudman, I know what it's like to lose a child. I lost my son in 2018. He was our then church lead musician, and he was also a Minister of the Gospel. He was 43 years old and so anointed. I am still dealing with that navigating that loss. I am so glad you and your family are at TFC. I watch you at church on Sundays and Wednesdays .You are such a blessing for the world.

I listened to this podcast and was so inspired that I forwarded it to the young men in my life. The following week, while casually doing dishes it hit me that everything that was said about TDJ and the culture of that church was diabolical.

Not sure how to feel about the ‘coaching’ style of PTDJ……But I pray that Pastor Tudman will be wherever God wants him to be. Remember the only clearance you need is God’s ….All you need is the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Be your own person Sir…We don’t want to hear PTDJ when we listen to you. The word of God is pure and true…. No need to be embellished….. no drama🙏🏾

... had to pause at a point that I refuse to share. I'm not far geographically from where they are, nor from where they're talking about but lay God use the broken spaces and places because he was there too.

Its interesting to hear stories like this one. However we should never idolize man of God. Men can fail you so keeping our discernment and our eyes on God first is always first. B Jakes may be a man of God. Yet, he’s still a man. God is God. Ask God to show you who He wants to use and to discern what they say before submitting anything you do to another human being. We are vulnerable and that makes us all extremely delicate children of God.

Rich do you counsel people?!! I need FAITH lead spiritual leaders to walk with me and therapy to heal from trauma, mature, and grow. I have been in a church that has no desire to grow with me and is not a church family and I dont know what do to do or how to navigate this. I found another church across the street that is still growing but it feels like home

"That type of preaching never touch anyone". It touched a number of people lives in his community. No more brand preachers. Do what God called you to do, not Jakes! Jakes can take you but so far. This is so sad!

This, folks, is how you build a brand. This is distrubing. So he was supporting and growing the people in one place, and Jakes tought him how to build a brand. This is so sad. We need to get back to the basics of life. TD Jakes help brand him into something God may not have had for him. This is dustubing.

Yes he branded him and also he made Jakes an idol. He talks just like Jakes and I pray he gets a revelation that Jesus is NOT on the throne of his heart and he repents
