Will MasterClass ever consider offering a monthly payment? I can afford $15 monthly. But like most aspiring filmmakers, I'm too poor to afford a lump sum annual payment of $180. I'm so disappointed.
I swear, every time I watch this promo can’t hold my tears. Been more than 30 years into commercials because they were easy and fast money. I shot four films last year and need to keep on filming.
I saw this trailer when I was 13 years old and begged my mom to buy me the Masterclass for my birthday. This was the beginning of my love for films and filmmaking. Thank you Werner and MasterClass for giving this to the world.
As a masterclass subscriber for over 2 years now, his class stands out as one of the greats. I have no intention I ever becoming a filmmaker, but his lessons can be applied to just about any hobby or profession. It is absolutely mesmerizing.
@@macauley__ oh alright, i don't know because sometimes trying a lot of stuff just to make mistakes and learn works too but i guess that is another debate
@@AntonStruzik I’m not a film student but I think it’s the efficiency part of him that thinks that we can explore and make mistakes but we must also understand that every scene we shoot, should be measured and should be purposeful. That’s my take on this
Hi there, thank you for reaching out! The title of the movie that was sampled is Fitzcarraldo. We hope this helps. Please let us know if there's anything else that we can help you with!

That's fantastic.
We are thieves! We take our loot and run! What an inspiring person!

I can't think of a better soundtrack to highlight how much of a genius Werner Herzog is.
The best Masterclass so far, amazing! If you are an independent or aspiring filmmaker, you should watch this one.
FOR SURE I LOVED IT...
The one and only true Master of cinema.
I need to take his class! Cannot watch this promo without bursting into tears!

I tear sincerely every time I see this video...
Music near the end???
A channel with over 700k subs and this vid has 500 views?
It's a new version of the trailer. They changed it to suit the new look of MasterClass.
Most trailers have been redone, so the old ones have from 150.000 to 100 M views.
I don’t understand why he doesn’t like that young filmmakers are shooting so many hours
It’s quantity versus quality, that’s what he’s on about.

@@expilectakunai Nope. He was definitely dissapointed.
@@AntonStruzik If you're already shooting the film you shouldn't be making that many (hundreds of hours of) mistakes.
What's that first movie that was sampled?

While initially intrigued, the presence of blackface was deeply disappointing and disqualifying.
