I disagree with the general sentiment just because a group is mistreated doesn't immediately entitle them to being protected. Garou is advocating for villains and criminals who are patently evil. Villains aren't mistreated for no reasons, they do things to warrant the response they get, Like Murder, Taking Hostages and general acts of terrorism. The heroes are far from perfect but they are keeping people safe. For Garou to be heroic in my opinion he needs to be better than the people he criticizes not the same as those he's defending.
@@Gojin91 but in his whole back story arc, the heroes are the ones forcing people who were different into becoming monsters. And whatever crimes they may have committed, it's because the heroes targeted those they chose to fill the role. If anybody ever needed a protector, it's them.
