    Long ride me Pulsar ns200 ki battary gol gayi, bohot jda grm hoke,bike stop ho gayi, battery naya lagaya,nxt week me ek long ride k bad fir se bike stop gayi,bike extremely garam hota, jalne ki smell aati he, battery discharge ho gayi, start nhi ho rahe, dusre battery se start hota,, bohot, garm ho rha hai, bike boht vibrate krta hai, kya problem hai, plss help,,,!!

    Discover 100T में बैटरी अक्सर डाउन हो जाती है सवा साल में बैटरी चेंज करवानी पड़ती है और करेंट बैटरी में 12:00 वोल्ट से ज्यादा नहीं रहता है बाइक रेस करने पर भी क्या कारण हो सकता है चार्जर वीक हो सकता है या मैग्नेट क्वाइल में जो मैग्नेट होता है वो वीक हो सकता है।

    Stator plate wire description of lighting wire is wrong. Out of six wires 2 Bluse/white for rectifier of battery, Black/white is Negative (GROUND TO Body), Red for cdi unit, white /red from pick up to generate spark as head at top positione, yellow with Red is of lighting coil. Going to regulator as voltage should not increase at high speed to save light bulbs.
    Your efforts will helps people to understand problems.

    sir can i use this rr unit for rx 135 ?? if yes plz explain the colour coding for battery charging input and output wires and for lightning also.(bcoz i have winded coil it comes over current around 19.5 dc for charging .in kb 100 rectifier.thanks in advance sir

      Before rectification the maximum voltage 60 v AC, afrer rectification the maximum voltage between DC 13.2 volts to DC 14.4 volts ,

    Sir Meri pulsar 150 me bettery nhi hai or me kafi time se chla rha hu. Par sir ab usme current flow Sahi nhi ho rha hai.

      If head light dimm and cdi fail means voltage drop due to any shrot circuits or low battery voltage ,coz in DC auto electrical system CDI ALSO TAKE 12VOLTS FROM BATTERY TO OPERATE ONLY PLUSE CURRENT TAKE FROM ARMATURE TO TRIGGER ,
      (CHEK BATTRY VOLTAGE )

    Sir pulsar ug3 mobel headlight & parking light ac to dc convert video nahi mila. Kya aap ye nahi banaya?

      Surajit Das ji it’s technical work if you can do with understanding wiring. Find yellow wire coming after RR UNIT and going to Rt switch which on headlight and goes to Lt switch for Pass Beam . Take this has Positive and from magnet coil disconnect light coil earth wire and take out from their witch act as Negative. To both these wire you need to add Yamaha FZ RR UNIT and make your whole lighting DC. In FZ five point RR BOTTOM TWO points connect with yellow positive and negative taken from magnet and upper rt of RR UNIT LEFT ONE IS DC (+) and Right (-) and leave center unconnected. All this you have to do by taking precautions. Check voltage with multimeter at rpm at least 5000 it should not be raised more than 13 otherwise your LED will burns

    My bike run on 33 kmph in 5th gear without acceleration.?it keeps 2200 rpm consistantly at 4th and 5th gear..how we fix this issue? And it doesn't increase the speed.

      Sir Firstly thank you for your valuable support ,first you tell me which bike you have owned ,
      Second things is it doesn't matter which bike you have owned , if your bike stocks rpm at high torque position it means fuel and mixture device is defective ,as we know fuel and mixture device is carburetor but now a date the modern machines used FI systems but both are work in a same principles , carburetor was a mechanical devices which make a air fue mixture when entering in a engine and it ignited by spark plug and it bang with trumanders forces and this energy converted with a kinetics energy n FI fuel injection systems also act as same function but Little bit of differences from carburetor syalstem ,
      If you have presit high rpm at ideal position of acceleration than chek accelerator cable it might be Rusty inside so firstly you have to replace with new one ,next you have to chek your carburetor air insertion piston which up and down as per acceleration if you have Fi system you have to check your pulse coil triggered systems it might be over triggered .Chek all these things after you chek these section your problem definitely solve.

      @@SonetSaif ji bajaj pulsar 2009 se hi digital kar chuka tha jo ki ug 3 model bolte hain usi hisaab se abtak ug5 ya bs6 jo bolte hai woh aachu ki hai ,
      Agar aapke pass 2009 se pehle ka model hai woh ug2 aur 2000 ke aapas ug 1 jo round head light ke saath bajaj ne lunch kiya tha 180 woh pehla pulsar hai ,
      2009 se lekar abtak jitne bi model hai agar aap bina battery ke ya battery puri kharab ke saath bike ko chalayenge to jo bike ka body control unit hai woh sufficient current or Amp usko nahi milata kunki rectifier se banta huya current constant nahi hota kunki acceleration ke hi sabse up down hota rehta hai current joki sufficient nahi hota hai body control unit ko chalane ke liye isiliye battery use constant voltage deti hai agar battery kharab hojaye ya usmai charge hold karneki capacity na rahe to rectifier ke input wire garam hoti hai ise aapka BCU aur rectifier kharab bhi hosakti hai.
      Agar aapka battery kharab hai to use turant replaced karke naya battery install karwa lain.

    👌👌bhaiya aap video bahut hi jabardast banaaye hain.ek ek bariki bataai hai aapne sab samjhake.
    bhaiya mere bike me jo aap 2phase wala 2 blue wire dikhaye ho uska jo seat k niche white colour socket hota hai use maine loose hone k kaaran hataa diya,jisase maine ye dhyaan nhi de paya ki 2 phase wala dono blue wire aapas me kin kin blue wire se jude hain.
    to bhaiya aap please isaki jaankari de sakte hain kya ki kaunsa blue wire kis blue se connect tha?
    mujhe dar hai ki agar maine dono blue wire ko aapas me galat connect kar diya to kahi RR unit ya Charging coil kharaab na ho jaye short hoke.

    Sir aap ye jo video me kia. Me ye kaam mere byke me kar raha hoo. Kahi dino se mere byke me rectifier garam ho raha tha isi lia mane alternator ko khola aur dakha isme bohut rushed ho gaya hai, mene isko kerosin se clean kia aur khali varnish lagana baki hai.lakin sir ek chis mare ko dikkat ho raha hai, ma 4 pole me meter se continuti check kia sab pole me pahale se hi continuti thik se aa rahi thi lakin aap ye video me jo dikhaya the aap ke gari me 2 pole me continuti nahi aa rahi thi,mere coil me in 2 pole ka soldering ek saat jura hua hai, kya sir ye aise hi rahata hai ya mere ko fir se soldering kar ke dono ko alag karna parega? Q ki me 3 bar mere pulsar me rectifier changa kia hoo. 2009 ka gari hai, aur ye gari ka coil pahali bar khula hai, too please sir mereko replay karke bata dane me kya karu? Aap ke replay ke baad me sab kuch aap ke process me karke gari me ye fit karuga.
