This boat would be awesome in Auckland!! Takes the famous Solent chop in its stride and could easily deal with a ‘wind against tide’ Auckland day. I think a true appeal would also be that you could do a Coastal Classic or Tauranga race! We recently got Cat 3 and sailed 200miles across the English Channel to Holland for the IRC Euros… all good!
7-8 men boat no dissent toilet , bending your back off boom each tack, concussions on the way no helmets, great idea
Fun boat but it needs at least a fitted bucket - unless only men will sail on them, and even then…. And you need a much better videographer. Crazy talking about things that aren’t shown.
We have lots of girls racing in the fleet. Safety rules require buckets and we often use them!
We made this video in one take with our awesome videographer when we were a little rushed for time and had lots of people asking for a boat tour. We think it’s great considering but thanks for the feedback!
