I just did a test drive of the Gt line-disesel, yesterday. What i observed:
-Looks even better than in pics and videos, although the side view looks plain but it suits the overall muscular look.
-Interior was very porsche and very high end. Infotainment was very smooth and high resolution. Only thing i didnt like were the air vents, not my taste but wife loved it. If this had the interior of the new 2022 tucson it would have been perfect. My other small issue was the driver display, the blindspot monitor in the display was small and most times unusable, check this if you have impaired vision.
- The drive was almost perfect, the car had an intense acceleration. The diesel engine sounded mean and muscular. Very quiet inside the car, can only hear the engine at high revs. You feel the small bumps slightly because of those 20 inch alloys but on bigger bumps i felt nothing. 0-100 kmph was like 7 seconds. Car was giving 7-8 l per 100km mileage. Also, the car is ridiculously good on corners.
This is my balanced view,i loved the car, its a percect family car. I will be buying the GT line diesel next month.
Thanks for showing me thru the car. One tip, if I may? Could you not move the camera so much? It gives you vertigo to watch. The rule of thumb is the “action moves not the camera”. Maybe get a tripod to keep the camera stable for your next video. Luckily the Sorrento is such an interesting car otherwise I would have not got to the end of your video.

Hi, can you do a review for the kia sorento petrol.
I would love to however unfortunately the new Sorento only comes in a Diesel.
3.5L V6 front wheel drive petrol and a 2.2L turbo diesel all wheel drive... so yeah, two engine options
The map doesn't go to the speedo unlike in vw.

can u tell us what color is the Kia in video? most review never talks about the colors.
Hi sure thing in future videos I will tell the colour. The colour you see is called Aurora Black keep in mind some colours maybe different depending on you region.
The one thing I wish they had done was for the front center cup holders . I wish they had put a door to cover up the center cup holders it gives a more cleaner look .

with smart key access, do you have to push the button on the door handle to open or do you just place your hand behind the handle?
good question so you just come up to the door and the vehicle senses the key and unlocks the door. Only when you locking you place your finger on the top of the door handle to lock the car.
Is this the gravity blue color?
Close this one is Aurora Black I think the camera throws off the colours a bit.
