I appreciate that, considering I'm a mediocre player (and still am after all these years, lol). I like to get tones and sounds out and remove the yapping.
@@logicbdj Don't sell yourself short. You're pretty damn good - especially when compared to the latest bunch of players in today's demo vids. I just had a brief conversation with someone yesterday about his review of the latest amp/speaker modelling software (NAM or Neural Amp Modeler). Every demo I could find was all heavy drop-D speed metal riffs. How are you supposed to tell how realistic the thing is supposed to sound if they're just chugging away with the gain all the way up? He basically confessed, "I'm not that good so I can't make that kind of video." Can you believe that? Another video was a comparison of one distortion pedal to a cheap knock-off. And how did they show it? By playing the distortion pedal into the DIRTY channel of their amp.... just chugging away with speed metal riffs. I looked again and again and every one was the same. Your video was a much needed breath of fresh air. Cheers!
@@EsteemedRepresentative Thanks, and I do get that. So deep and heavy that you can't even hear what the riff is, lol. And some 'pros' out there are so processed, when you get the pedal it doesn't even sound anything close to the video.
@@EsteemedRepresentative A bit of a mess. I created a sub-channel called CoolGuitarGear. It was scrubbed twice (second time I had 35k subs). I included some themes in some compositions that YT didn't appreciate, apparently. I have a ton over on Rumble, but lost about 100+ on YT. Now, anything possibly controversial is over there.
ONE OF THE BEST DEMO VIDEOS I HAVE EVER SEEN. PERIOD. WELL DONE!
