I purchased fire bolt pioneer watch on ......... order I'd: ............... and watch speaker bad and watch sensor automatically on, so as per warranty policy I want to claim a warranty for this product, so please give a replacement/ refund/ repair the item.

The Brand "Boult" Claims 15 Months Of Warranty So Im Still Under 1 Month Of Warranty From The Brand.
But The Brand Also Says You Can't Claim The Warranty If The Product Has Anykind Of Physical Damage.
My Product Has A Little Bit Of Physical Damage But It Has Nothing To Do With The Actual Problem.
I Would Want To Know If Your Method Of Contacting The Appario Pvt Ltd. Customer Service Will Work After 1 Year?? Or Just The Waranty That The Brand Itself Claims?.
If The Appario Customer Service Only Gives 1 Year Of Warranty Then Im Not Eligible For It Now.
no Appario retail does not provide warranty of boult product, to claim warranty go to boult audio website and find nearest service centre in your location and claim from there, they will repair or replace your item.

and about the physical damage, they will let you know that your product comes under warranty or void, minor scratches, dent does not consider as physical damage until and unless the damage become cause for the device failure.
